If its being used in a mean spirited way then yeah. I don't think there is anything particularly offensive about red hair so I would be simply stating a fact if I said it...in which case it wouldn't be bullying.

Its the way u take it. Why are u feeling that way? Do yor buddies always pull yor leg? If they do tell them how proud u are of yor hair since so many ppl are coloring their hair red whereas u're naturally blessed with red hair. No. Not unless you feel offended by this and have told people that but they continue. Otherwise, it's just a nickname. I have my li'l nicknames for loads of people, they have theirs for me. In my case at least, it's just because we're friends and we like to have names for each other.
