Like on The Tonight Show or Late Night With David Letterman when he is there as himself does he talk like he's trying to sound intimidating and scary? Even when he is not interrogating suspects he sounds like he's trying to sound intimidating.

Yes he speaks that way all the time. It's annoying. The dramatic pauses are killer. He also leans his head to one side alot. It's as if his head is too heavy for his neck.
