strip your hair and/or bleach it before you dye it do you have blank slate to use. i have the same problem i can't dye my hair light brown cause it turns brassy color (but i have naturally dark brown hair)

you will have to use permanent hair color. or you can just except your natural beauty that god gave you.

If you want your hair to stay brown, use the John Fredia (Brilliant Brunette) 閳?shampoo and conditioner. I use it and it keeps my hair shinny and colored perfectly. In addition, there's many other John Fredia products you could use too help, just take a quick look at Wal Mart or something :)

PS) It is a little expensive ($5 for shampoo), but it is SO 閳?worth it. %26amp; if something is wrong with the bottle, by calling the number on the bottle they'll send you a free one :)

Good Luck !

Hi, the best way to deal with red hair is to go to a professional and get some high-lights put in your hair....the high-lights will omit much if not all of the red....you don't have to sport blond high-lights they can put on any color you want once it is pre-lightened. Red hair is a color that is hard to bust. Once the red is busted out you can apply any color but I do recommend a professional to do this. Remember you will still get roots any time you change your hair color.
